Just put of these in my 1977 corvette. Spectacular engine. Going from the 180hp smog engine to this makes it an entirely different car. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Had to change the water pump because corvette has its own length (short pump with thicker connections for fan), source a couple new parts such as coolant temp sensor and flex plate bolts, but the engine arrived quickly, bolted to the transmission, and dropped in no problem. Had it installed in the bay in a day, test drive 1.5 days later. Will order another engine for my wife’s truck soon.
