This is my third update.. I installed this engine in my 2005 Silverado z71 in 2018 following the break in procedure provided with the engine. I now have put over 60,000 mi on it without a single problem and believe me when I say I’ve used it hard at times. Towing a dual axle enclosed motorcycle trailer, a 2000lb 21’ sailboat or a 3500lb camper quite often. From nc I’ve made trips to ariz, ny, Fla. I did install a hd aluminum radiator other than that the truck is completely stock, with 336,000 mi. From my experience I’ll would feel very confident buying another engine from this company.
